Out-Of-Court Negotiation
If you wish to pursue an out-of-court resolution, but your spouse will not agree to commit to a formal process such as mediation or collaborative divorce, I can still help you. As your representative in negotiation, I will apply my background as a litigation attorney to advocate for your best outcome in any family law dispute that you may be facing.
